CSV is completely dark skies compliant to minimize light pollution and provide a healthier environment for our residents and wildlife alike. Dimming LED streetlights and indirect exterior house lighting not only save money but they also permit a better view of the stars.
Use of permeable paving systems for roadways and driveways provide many environmental benefits, including: drainage and protect against flooding; simulation of natural water drainage patterns; and the reduction of damage due to artificial water run-off to the surrounding ecosystem.
The Creek Side Community will be supported by an onsite state of the art Newterra Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants, meeting all of the water supply and management needs through the best known available technology.
